The free plan is the only plan available. We do not collect card details, we do not charge for the service, and no account is upgraded to a paid plan without a completed payment.

When paid subscriptions become available, you will be able to cancel from your account at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation will not automatically result in a refund for a billing period already processed unless the request qualifies under this policy or applicable law requires otherwise. The specific cancellation steps and effect on access for the remainder of a paid period will be presented before purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant charge. Eligible requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A request may be considered for duplicate billing, incorrect billing, a material technical failure that prevents reasonable use of the paid service and cannot be resolved, or other exceptional circumstances reviewed in good faith. Meeting the request window or one of these circumstances does not guarantee approval. This is not an unconditional money-back guarantee, and applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Once paid subscriptions become available, billing, cancellation and refund requests can be sent to support@gungunova.com. Paid subscriptions are not available today, so no charge from this service should currently exist.
